"We stayed in unit #33 and the entire experience is more than 5 stars! My only difficulty in writing this review is that it could result in challenges to reserve one of Marc's units at Cayman Reef Resort Unit. We have been to the island for the last 10 years staying at the nicest hotel as well as average hotels/condos. Before booking, we performed an enormous amount of due diligence re this owner/condo. The following is all proven/true. Rental process was easy and clear. Dealing with Marc before and during was easy, helpful and clear (ie, process, emails, condo manual/instructions, check in call, etc). The condo is EXACTLY as advertised and shown in the pictures. It is steps from the beach and has an amazing ocean view from the screened in patio. The condo was immaculately OCD clean when we arrived. It has been remodeled. It has exactly what is shown in photos/listed: flat screen TVs, tempurpedic mattress, w/d, beach towels, beach umbrellas, tons of useful kitchen appliances/utensils, cleaning supplies, detergent, sunscreen, aloe, bug repellent, and too many more to reiterate. The door has a code and also keys. Upon arrival there was fresh fruit, juice and water. It is in a great and convenient section of SMB. In summary, we are going back in a few weeks. We were that confident initially that we booked 2 (different units) for March and May. We are meticulous researchers, reviewers and travelers. The results of our review/due diligence were exceeded when we visited in person. We were not asked (yet) but clearly have no problem recommending Marc to anyone looking to rent. Extraordinary customer service is not easy these days. Marc represents that. I do not know how often, if at all, you write/read this many positive reviews but again please know Marc made the experience so exceptional that it was a pleasure writing this."
